FedHex!

I see my blog I mentioned that didn't show up finally decided to post itself! well anyways let me just say I hate fedex! maybe thats too strong... but oh well. Today I had to wait for fedex to come pick up my Old cable box because I upgraded to DVR, I somewhat regret doing that because I wouldn't have had to deal with what I did today. I waited outside because My building doesn't have an intercom system, yes I know its ghetto, but with where I live.. Its not too surprising. The usual time they come is around 3 pm, It never fails.. until today. I was waiting from 1 pm on to 6, with short intervals where I would go upstairs for a few seconds, but my mother was upstairs in case the phone were to ring, they sometimes call me when they are downstairs. I called many times today, and they kept telling me wait until 6 pm, So I did.
I waited until 6:38 pm to call them, I got a man who didn't speak english too well, and he claimed the driver called, He also claimed that the driver came around 2:45 pm. That is a LIE! I let the man reschedule me for monday, But I wasn't satisfied.. My day had been a waste and for what? So I called back and My Luck I got the same man that I spoke to at about 4pm, this man was a very nice to me, and I just called to asked if they are suppose to leave some sort of notice when they miss you, Although I know they usually do, Then I realized it was the same guy from earlier, so I explained to him what the previous guy told me, I even told him I could prove I did not recieve any kind of phone call, so long story short, if the fedex driver doesn't come by 2 pm on monday the manager will be notified.
At this point I really don't care, I can get in trouble and get charged by cablevision for not turning in this box. If someone isn't doing their job that is not My problem. Hopefully drastic measures will not have to be taken. All the fedex guy has to do is come to my building.. but if not, then thats bad news for him. I just hope it all goes well.. I have a headache, My day was wasted.. but I will try to get what I can done Asap..
