David cook on twitter

Early this morning at about 1 am I logged into twitter and saw that #davidcookrocks Was a trending topic. I am a HUGE david cook fan, ever since I saw him at the season 7 auditions of American Idol I knew he had talent, there was just something about him that made him stand out through out the competition. I was ecstatic to say the least when he won. I know alot of people have bad things to say about American idol but What can I say? it can be funny at times, and so far the ones I still listen from idol to this day is Kelly Clarkson, David Cook, and Jason castro, Oh yeah I also still check out whats going on with Danny noriega as well. Anyways, I know David cook wanted to have 50,000 followers on twitter, I did forget the reason behind it. David's fans are pretty hardcore, They stayed up including myself for a bit to help him get the 50,000 followers, He now stands at 50,402 followers! I just thought is was extremely awesome.. and maybe I need a hobby to keep me off of twitter or something.. although in my defense I really don't go there too often.
