Job training.

Today was my first official day at job training.  I went to the actual location, I set my alarm for 6 but when it rang I set it for 7 am since thankfully this place is not too far from my house. Once I awoke at 7 I started getting ready, And soon when it was time for me to go I was so nervous! I came back into the house about 3 times thinking I forgot something. A whole year has past since I have been in a school like environment, So as you can imagine it was like being in school for the first time all over again.

The whole morning I was taking tests so they can see where I am education wise, and of course I pass the literature and english but I fail miserably at math. Math is the enemy, except when it comes to money.. thinking about the numbers in a money like matter made it a bit easier but I still Failed.  I think I have to be retested in a few months. 

I Filled out a whole bunch of papers about what kind of job I want, what training I want etc.. And for now I am going to be doing a clerical training. I figure it would be the easiest, I am good at typing, I've worked in an office like environment before a bit when I was at the daycare I had to do a lot of paperwork..

All in all the day went well, Aside from the snow which I think has stopped by now I hope. 

I actually look forward  to going back there tomorrow, I have to print out my resume, among other things..

At first I was regretting making the choice of going to do job training but now I don't really mind it, if this helps me get a job so I can get what I need then Thats all I really want. I want to be able to buy things I want, Go shopping, Travel around the city.. Of course you guys know my first purchase when I get a new job will be a camera, I know I need a new computer soon but a camera is more affordable and it won't give me issues even if my computer is old..

Well I am off to watch american idol, I personally stopped liking the show when Adam Lambert got screwed over his well deserved victory! but my mom and I have had this tradition for a few years now of watching it together, I think in the future moments like this with my mom will mean A lot. 

Ps. On Blogspot I think the comment thing has been fixed, I am not sure, but Try it out..It says Anyone can comment so I don't know whats wrong with my comments not going through.. if it backfires let me know and I will get on the issue as soon as I can.
